If you're a nature lover, you'll find this journey amazing. It will make you marvel at what wonderful places Malaysia has!

We ventured deep into the mangrove forest to experience the charm of nature. Since we used kayaks, we could access areas of the forest that speedboats can't reach, with tree roots right beside you and schools of fish swimming on both sides.

Our guide, Mr. Farly, shared a wealth of knowledge about the mangroves. He's witty and humorous, and speaks many languages - if he could learn Chinese too, he'd be unbeatable! 😆

Also worth mentioning, perhaps because the whole trip was quite physically demanding, the lunch he provided was so authentic and delicious!

This is a fantastic experience that's definitely worth the visit.

Today we had the mangrove tour with Farly, this was one of the highlights of our vacation!!
He is very knowledgeable and friendly!!
He made great photos along the way and everything was done in a calm pace, so that it was easy to follow.
As our daughter was celebrating her birthday, he even came up with cake for her.

A superb guided tour.

We had the two wonderful and highly informative guides and Nisha for the bat caves and Farly for the mangrove kayaking.
Their knowledge was second to none.

We started with a short boat trip to the bat caves giluided by Nisha, then continued to the floating structure where we met Farly who took us on a 5.5km kayak through the mangroves, including an area where White Bellied Sea Eagles and Brahiminy Kites feed.

Farly answered every single question we posed with a very informative answer.

The full trip took about 3 to 3 ½ hours and was finished off with a simple but delicious meal back at the staging area.

We went on the Mangrove kayaking with Farly, and I must say, even if I didn't like the upper body workout, it was an amazing experience. The lush mangrove trees, the fresh air, the beautiful scenic views, the history on the cave/trees/bats and the warm weather, it was worth it.
Farly is very passionate about his work, he takes all necessary precautions for his customers (we could safely keep our belongings), and he made us feel very comfortable in our diverse group of people.
Its an adventure, and we would highly recommend Mr. Farly, he is the best out there for Mangrove kayaking in Langkawi

Was not just another excursion... Was a true adventure. Farly takes great photos so you can spend your time enjoying the scenery. We saw various animals and caves, and paddling in the quiet remote mangroves was an awesome experience. Highly recommended. Thanks!

It was a very nice tour. He explain several things en show us a lot. He took many photos from us and send them by WhatsApp. At the and you go a nice meal with a drink. Perfect we will say and very nice person. We wil recommend him for sure.

Booking a kayak adventure with Farly is a must If you're coming to Langkawi. It was the best experience from beginning to end. Truly unique and unforgettable. Farly expertly talked us through the itinerary and made sure we were all comfortable and safe. He was extremely knowledgeable about the mangroves, local area and wildlife..we learnt so much. The whole team were professional, kind and had a great sense of humour. A boat trip, bat cave experience, kayaking, river swim and lunch were all included and all fantastic. Farly even took lots of photos and sent these to us afterwards so we didn't have to worry about cameras which could be locked away with other personal belongings. The experience was amazing! We are delighted with the kayaking activity proposed by Farly and his team (we want to highlight the professionalism and positive energy of Muhammad!). We learned about bats and caves, we did kayak through the mangroove, saw the eagles eating (one of the best experiences of our lives!) and enjoyed a great time. The meal afterwards was amazing too.
