This place reeks of government service level, and furnished like one. There is only one overworked receptionist who's handling all the front end work, like calls and various admin stuff. To change bank account details one need to be present on the spot and do the paperwork. Why can't this be done online if you're offering online trading platform?

2nd Edit : front personnel explained that needs to be done at site coz involve updating cds account as well.

To be fair, the front end personnel is kind, friendly and explain stuff well, tried the best to help me out after finishing the tasks at hand.
