Memang tak leh respect la .. Kita Buat Servis dekat tempat dia . Ada la separuh org kerja situ bangsa cina. Pandang hina kat Kitaorg! Seolah kita ni najis . Pastu hina dan kutuk fizikal Kiteorg! Kerja bank kan?! Elok² sikit la tutur kata awak tu. Belajar bagus² untuk apa? Pandang hina kat org ke?. Sama² kerja! Cari duit! Jangan la macam tu layan orang! Macam mana orang nak hormat bangsa awak? Kalau macam tu cara! Kite tak kacau pun/ kutuk/Hina time buat kerja dekat tempat awak kerja tu ! . Tapi awak separuh orang tu sedap je kutuk Kiteorg !. Budi bicara pun takde. Orang kata biar miskin duit, jangan miskin budi bicara!. Tq. Sebab beri layanan yang saya sendiri takboleh nak respect kat separuh bangsa cina tu ye !. Dear UOB Bank Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience I had with one of your staff members at UOB Branch - Malim . On 4/2/2025, I approached Darren DaiJiaYaw for assistance in updating my personal information. The officer assured me that the necessary changes would be made and promised that the updates would be processed within a week.
However, after waiting for over a week, no action had been taken on my request.
When I called your headquarters to follow up, I was told that there was no record of any action being taken at all. This was very concerning, as I had been assured that the update was being processed.
Furthermore, when I escalated the issue to the officer’s manager(Forgot his name), I was given conflicting and unhelpful responses. The manager first claimed that the officer was busy with customers, and then said that Darren DaiJiaYaw would contact me. I waited for a call that never came. When I called back, I found that I could no longer reach the officer’s phone number. I attempted to contact your team using a different phone number, and after a considerable delay, Darren finally reached out to me. He requested that I resubmit my documents, despite the fact that I had already submitted them.(I suspect he blocked my phone number)
This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expect a higher level of professionalism and accountability from your bank. I would like to know why my initial request was not processed, why I received conflicting information, and why I was left waiting with no communication for such a long period.
Please ensure that this matter is resolved promptly and let me know the steps you will take to address this poor service.
