Buang masa datang, call pon tak pernah angkat, servis teruk gila nak mampos, menyusahkan sbb dah 4kali dtg pon tak selesai!!! Dah laa servis lambat org beratur sampai tkde ruang!! Mmg takdo hasil uob nihh

Yesterday which was Sunday, I went to the teller machines at UOB to bank in my Cheque to pay for my UOB credit card. I always like to do this during the weekends n public holiday cos it the place would be quiet as the bank would be closed n I can just park outside the bank to do my transaction. The place is spacious , quiet n comfortable as it is air- conditioned . This facility is open 24 hours a day for our convenience. A guard would be outside n sometimes he would be inside too to safeguard the customers n so we feel safe at whatever the hour. There are 3 cheque deposit machines n 3 cash deposit n withdrawal teller machines too. A dustbin is placed on the floor between the teller machines n a fire extinguisher is placed at a corner. About 3 chairs are also placed there for the comfort of the public. All the shutters to the main bank were drawn. I deposited my cheque into the teller machine n got a receipt for my payment. Then I drove off after thanking the security guard who stood outside watching over my car. It’s so easy n convenient to do banking here.

Amelia was so so warm and professional! She helped set up my credit card then reset my online banking password seamlessly.
The bank was busy with other customers but she efficiently handled all the requests and even took the time to explain the procedures and app features. Very friendly girl. Will be visiting this branch from now on

Extremely disappointed with the level of service at UOB Bank Uptown branch. Despite repeated follow-ups, the staff continuously requested documents and imposed charges, yet after more than 3 months the requested documents have still not been provided. Customer service offered no effective assistance, with poor communication and no resolution.

After 15 years of maintaining a banking relationship, I am compelled to terminate my account due to the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by both the staff and management team. This experience reflects very poorly on the bank’s service standards.

Kudos to Amelia the lovely young lady that assisted me in cancelling my lost credit card. She was so calm and comforting when she guided me through the steps. Really reassuring and appreciate her concern- she went above and beyond what was expected
