I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Siti Nor Azliza. Her professionalism and dedication are exemplary, reflecting the true meaning of her title as Branch Service Manager. Her patience and attentiveness were truly commendable. While I rarely provide compliments, I feel compelled to acknowledge her exceptional performance. I commend UOB for having such a dedicated and valuable member on their team.

On the other hand, I observed that the level 2 service staff demonstrated a lack of in-depth product knowledge and limited willingness to go the extra mile for customers. Their communication style, often involving shouting across the department, can be perceived as unprofessional and may inadvertently make customers feel insignificant.

I wonder why the mentioned that uob have a very long queue. But when I visit here, one lady name Liza help me to solve my problem on how to pay my credit card. I have been thinking this problem quite long time, however when I meet her, she help me to solve it within 5mins. Tq miss!
