They never mentioned any change in contact number and all the telephone numbers mentioned on website doesn't work or nobody answers. Great job.

My first time at UOB Ampang, the counter staff's attitude was very poor. They seemed to push all their responsibilities away. When I wanted to apply for a credit card for the first time, the staff asked me to apply online and even refused to provide basic information about the credit card or its requirements. Instead, they told me to call the headquarters for inquiries. They were unwilling to guide us on what to do. Everyone looked tired, and there was no staff to assist us. We waited for almost 40 minutes

my experience with ms wong was great! i went to get my new and first credit card done and opening a new saving account and i should say, my experience was quite pleasant. she is patient with me and i felt really welcome. she gets the job done quick too even tho i was abit in a rush ahah but overall i was satisfied with my experience.
