this ipoh branch of tune protect is very poor service especially in loss of claim of their insurance. I do not understand why it took so long to submit to their claim department which is I had submit my claim since 15.7.2024 till todate no response from you. Call the customer service they mentioned ipoh branch do not submit any document to the claim department. I called your office but being disconnect.

Submitted my accident claim on 21/10/2019
and till today - 6/2/2020 hve not received any news from Tune insurance. How do the employees work. Don't they hve a service level performance for staffs. What a shame for tune and if at this is what their performance is all about I think they will become redundant in the future..
