cimb is partnership with sunlife, the banker lee at menara bhl is misleading and misselling the policy, cheated me saying its part of house loan insurance i shpould buy and the amount saying first yr 12k and subsequent yr 6k total is 5yr later no need to pay any amount and i will still get my money back in full and my policy will stil continue cover me till my loan is stop... when i check after a yr before the renew of the policy only i found out i get cheated!!!!! this case had been start since may2017 till now sep2017... they stil didnt want to refund me the 12k...PLS everyone who ever go to cimb bank becareful.... especially at menara bhl cimb there....

Worst experience.. First time deal with Sunlife and got very angry. Requested to cancelled my policy on July and stated clearly in mail shouldn't have any other deduction after this but yet another deduction happen for Aug. Not even update the status of my cancellation suka hati go and deduct again! What the hell is happening? Is this what Sunlife giving to their customers? Cancellation not handling properly at all!

They just love taking away your money. Just because I stopped investing on them, they paid me back but that amount was not even half of what I had paid for. This was the BIGGEST mistake that I have ever done in my entire life. Watch out!

Cheating my money, very angry to sign your policy, no get back 100% when im surrender (when i sign agent say 100% refund if you are not meet the 30 years) now only refund not over 10%

everytime call the customer service always busy..i cannot talk to them until now..what happenningi need to cancel my plan bcs of some issues..but not reach them yet until now..im also busy n sometimes forget to call but then until now no respond…im disappointed
