My son involved in a minor accident and sent it to repair the absorber bumper. Promised 2 weeks but took one month after many calls. He sent back after one week because rain water gets into one of the fog lamp but the workshop refused to repair saying not covered by insurance. When he came back to Taiping I sent it to another workshop in Taiping to repair.
The workshop discovered that
1.right side fog lamp filled with a lot of water
2. the bumper was not fixed properly.
3. left side mudguard is missing.
4. right side mudguard also fixed wrongly ( fixed outside instead of inside the curve).
5. （Additional ）The number plate dropped after one week. My son had to send it to car accessories shop to glue it back.
The works are so shoddy, nothing is done correctly.

The workshop in Taiping fixed all the problems and charged me only RM 140. I am grateful that the workshop discovered the problems before the problems causing more consequences. I don't mind paying the money at all.
FYI the workshop is near Proton Service Center at Tupai. Always good service and prompt.

I concluded
A) not worth claiming the insurance. Long period of repair and my son call grab taxi for one month. The NCB starts with zero next year.
The claimed money is less than what you spend more for Grab and insurance without NCB and lower NCB for years.
B) sending to this workshop is a BIG BIG BIG mistake.

I genuinely wish that my review can benefit the public in making decision / chosing workshop. Don't repeat my mistake.

Using the workshop as Zurich panel , good services and recommended. Still can improve a lot regardless of better time services. However, good quality of body repair and paint.

Definitely an unskilled car repair
workshop in Kampar.
The person in charge will find a lot of ridiculous excuses to deny their terrible mistakes made on your car. Fortunately I just found out the problem made by this joker workshop in another workshop before I gt into a car accident.
Think twice before u handed ur car to them for any repairment. Goodluck.
