I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the current parking sticker system implemented by the condominium management. I believe it is essential to address the issues that have arisen due to the inconvenience caused by the current procedure.
Firstly, it has become increasingly burdensome for the residents to purchase and change parking stickers at the office every half year. The limited office hours, which coincide with my class timetable, make it practically impossible for me to comply with the sticker renewal process without significant disruptions to my schedule. Furthermore, the unavailability of the office on public holidays further compounds the problem, as it leaves no room for flexibility or alternative arrangements. The inconvenience caused by these restrictions is both time-consuming and frustrating.
I would like to propose a more convenient solution to the current sticker system. One possible improvement would be to introduce an online payment platform that allows residents to purchase and renew parking stickers electronically. This would enable us to make payments at our convenience, eliminating the need to physically visit the office during its limited hours of operation. Additionally, I suggest implementing a system where the stickers are mailed to residents, ensuring that they receive the new stickers promptly and without the need for personal visits to the office. In addition, we aleardy pay for the parking lot. This is the first time i saw the condominium want renew the sticker, it is superfluous .This would save residents valuable time and resources, reducing the overall inconvenience caused by the current procedure.
Furthermore, I would like to address the unprofessional behavior exhibited by some members of the management staff. During my recent visit to the office, I encountered a lack of courtesy and professionalism in their interaction with residents. Instead of providing assistance and guidance, I was met with disrespectful comments and an unwelcoming attitude when I explained my time constraints and difficulties in adhering to the current sticker system. As a paying resident and valued customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a higher standard of service and professionalism from the management team.
In light of the issues raised, I kindly request that you take the following actions:
Review the current parking sticker system and consider implementing an online payment platform for the convenience of residents.
Explore the possibility of mailing the parking stickers to residents, ensuring timely delivery without requiring personal visits to the office.
Provide appropriate training to the management staff to improve their customer service skills and ensure professional behavior at all times.
Consider extending office hours or providing alternative arrangements during public holidays to accommodate the needs of residents.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and promptly address the concerns raised. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a favorable resolution. Please keep me informed of any progress or updates regarding the proposed changes.
