worst banking service ever, they look down on normal card clients, only provide live chat to vip, getting even worse now they refused to waive cc annual fee yet the annual fee can cost few hundreds, charged high interest on flexi pay n refused to refund remaining interest even if u settle full outstanding earlier. can say is the worst bank amongst

Worst ever customer services if u ever think about to request for restructure your housing loan.they will just ignored your email when asking for any update for ur cases.i’m sick with it,always have to call them up over and over again.doesn’t seems wanna help their client,they rather to push u to pay up all of the outstanding arreas than helping the client to solved it with much better solution.60 days over n still have to wait until now.

The worst branch ever! I drove for more than 45 mins just to get to Bandar Hilir branch, waited for more than 30 mins in the bank and asked me to come back some other day when its my turn because they only have 1 staff working! You wasted my precious time for nothing! You should have inform me when i stepped into the bank and not wasted my time waited for nothing. If this is the service I'm getting from your bank, trust me i will spread this to everyone on how bad your service can be!

Came early morning, no other customer hence received service immediately. Thank you very much to the staff Pn Mastura, very warm and helpful lady. Meets all my needs for my business. 👍👍👍
However, the call center is very very hard to get through 😞 Standard chartered should really improve this issue. Very disappointing, the management should pay attention to making customers' good experience doing business with them. I will not choose this company for further business due to the very unapproachable helpline😐
