Worst bank ever. Saya pergi untuk tukr duit. Staff lelaki india dia cashier langsung xpndang. Sambil dia kira duit, dia sembang dgn staff seblah. Dhla dia main campak2 duit depan saya. Dia ingt dia kje bank bnyk duit ke? tu sume duit customer. very2 rude. tp saya sabar, siap senyum lg...staff tu dhla tanye dgn suara kasar..pastu langsung xsenyum. Nasib baik bank ni je yg dekat dgn tmpt kerja saya.. klo de bank lain, mmg saya xkn pergi bank ni especially branch ni. I will never recommend to go this branch. Even my staff yg lain bnyk complain psal negative attitude staff bank ni... jgn ingt kje bank, bnyk duit..tu sume duit customer. No your frickin money.

They customer service is extremely terrible.
Every question need to write in email and wait for 3 working day to process .
A simple redemption letter I waited for one month the problem are still no resolved .
The customer service only will keep teaching you how to use they bank app , With out any solution given .

Go to they home branch or Call to the customer service via phone , the answer forever only one reply : PLS EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAIT FOR THE REPLY .!!!!!

This bank has made it impossible to speak to customer service, their support line is only for lost or stolen card, and you will just get stuck in loop of machine recording when you call.
To cancel their credit card, you must wait for their retention team to call and be readily available to pick up the call.
You can't even visit the branch in person to cancel the card.
If you miss the call, the retention team will close your request, and send a follow up email, making up story saying 'thank you for continuing to bank with us, your cancellation request has been closed'.
It has been so frustrating to the extend that I am willing to pay to terminate all my banking relationship with them.
