Service teruk dari Kaunter sampai ke dalam, pekerja tak familiar dan jawab soalan ala kadar dan tak sure, macam mana blh ada bank mcm ni dengan staf yang teruk. Depan aku sendiri, ada CUSTOMER marah dan cakap kau tak layak kerja dekat sini.

Very BAD experience with Standard Chartered. I am getting a housing loan with them but the unit I get would need to sign an easement agreement with the developer. I was told by the agent they had done many cases with this development and wouldn’t be an issue.
But somehow after 3 months of the process (after deal date & have to pay interest to seller) I was told that the bank doesn’t agree to sign this easement agreement, so now I am stuck with either lose my 10% deposit or have to pay 100% for the house.
Service is not even worth for 1 star

Poor/no service since uncontactable . i received registered post mail to contact its Relationship Manager - RM within 2weeks timeline to settle some matters with a line phone number only. RM is uncontactable. The only mean to reach a standardchart staff (I'm a overseas client) is Via its call center hot line to log the issue. Was advised to have the manager/backup call back. still waiting after 3days and account been freeze
pending bank staff to get to work to address issues.

Totally opposite treatment from the Banks I've tried (HSBC, UOB, RHB), in SC they give a lot of excuse to deny my request even I just tried to open account, and they wanted me to use their mobile app to open account, I mean if the app was working fine, why would I want to visit your branch personally.
Seems I dodged a bullet because both the app and customer experience are terrible.

my account was blocked due to wrongly keyin password, so i have to call to customer service line to request account unlock, BUT i was waited more than 1hour without a customer service to answer my call! some more there is not Online-Chat for contacting them... i can't believe this such of big company don't even improve their call center!! how can we still using their service
i will change to other bank after this issue happen.

Took a wheelchair bound relative there on 30th May, and was attended to by a very helpful, competent staff KC Lee. He even paid for my 2hour parking as I did not have the app. He and his colleague helped us when we encountered issues with our HP data. Overall a very pleasant experience there
