Nowadays lesser people are getting here, road tax renewal settled within 10 mins (from number collection until walked out from pos office). However, the service here still need to be improved. The attitude and behaviour of staffs are highlighted!

I came here at 5pm on a Monday afternoon to post an international package. I wasn't sure if packaging services were available here, so I'd had my item bubble wrapped and packaged in a brown box beforehand.

The ticket machine was out of service, so customers queued up in a line. There was no special counter for Poslaju.

Service was excellent! I'd looked up international rates on the Pos Malaysia website, but the lady recommended a lower price rate that fitted the light weight of my item. She added "Track and Trace" for RM4.60. She wrapped my box with a layer of contact paper, and allowed me to take a picture of the final package.

Overall, she was very pleasant, patient and professional. Very happy with the service! 🙂

AR posts that is supposed to be delivered and to be acknowledged by receiver is never followed as a step by this branch. I had three different occasions pertaining to AR mails where none of them was followed up with the proper procedure. They didn't call to say they are sending documents. Nevertheless, Pos Malaysia's main customer service line and their representatives are totally efficient!

Secara ringkas Poor Service. Teruk sekali utk pekerja kerajaan. Kali pertama saya datang ambil passport maid, cakap mesti ada polis report asal. Datang balik dengan report, mahu pulak photocopy IC. Tidak beritahu sekali. Sia sia bazir masa pelanggan

Renewed driver's license was a smooth process here. On a weekday morning, there was hardly crowd and parking is available. The process took less than 10 minutes, the only down side is the transaction is cash and no cashless option. Thank you Pos Malaysia counter personnel for friendly and fast service.

I had a pretty good experience sending international parcel with Pos Malaysia SK. I though they have wrapping service like one of the comments said, but they don't. It doesn't matter since I've wrapped my box nicely. You need to wrapped yours nicely too. My parcel was safely arrived in 19 days. Very reasonable time with competitive price. Definitely will come back if I have another parcel to deliver. Thank you.

Ever go to this branch to send of my parcel anymore! The worker there are not responsible for their customers! Who sent off parcel for no tracking status? only a status need to wait for 2 days? they don't even help me to scan my stuff and put aside only!

Go up
