Thumbs up to the lady officer at Counter 6 (on 2nd Nov 2025)! She was super quick, efficient, and helpful in getting my physical car licence issued. Really appreciate her professionalism and friendly attitude; she even allowed me to return without retaking a queue number after I had to step out for photocopying.

The only reason I didn’t give full 5 stars is because the Kaunter Pertanyaan male staff gave unclear instructions earlier. I double confirmed whether an IC photocopy was needed, and he said only passport copy and car rental booking confirmation were enough. It turned out the IC copy was still required, so I had to queue again for the photocopy service.

Overall, big thanks again to the Counter 6 officer for her excellent service, she definitely deserves recognition! 👏

每个地方的陆路交通局都多人，这里也不例外，虽然这里的规模不大，却拥有相当人潮，整个环境给人感觉舒服，外观管理妥当。
公务员工作还算有效率，洗手间得到旁边的清真寺，这两年开始使用智能手机替代传统方式，更容易知道办手续的时间。

Sumpah service lambat gila. Kaunter pelbagai ada 7 tapi yang bukak just 2. Yang lain p mana? Makan gaji buta ke? Betul orang cakap kerajaan nii suka makan gaji. Kerja lambat.

Should change the open and closed time in google especially on weekend. I came from far just to be told that nombor giliran habis?! Said open until 4.30pm and 3pm counter ady closed?! Please improve service la, and also the ‘RELA’ cara cakap macam taktau apa. Dah tak pasal kena datang lagi sekali, dekat takpe jugak haih..

Assalamualaikum, i had good service from here for the first visit of my licence P ,special thanks to puan ezah and her team officers (counter no-10)i hope her name is correct. First day i go get the licence but unfortunatly system cannot print my licence due to system down but she give me a word that will call if can print,i not expect because per day they look in to more then 200 peoples my goodness,but she call me in 2nd day to collect my licence alhamdulillah finally i have my licence printed.very fast service all the team officers are working in all the counters so very fast you can finish your needs.you will deffenetly will get good service from this JPJ OFFICE. Thank you again keep it up the good service.

Mengambil masa yang agak lama untuk urusan. Kaunter perbanyakkan. Kiosk JPJ takkan satu je banyakkan lagi.

Sgt bagus. Cepat jgk la compare dgn tempat lain. Apps JPJEQ tu function 👍🏻. Kalau rasa giliran tu lambat lagi boleh balik rumah dlu atau p rilek minum² dlu di kedai, di apps tu boleh tgk no. Giliran , agak² no. Giliran kita dah dekat boleh mai balik jpj.
