Very Poor Service and No Proper Support – RHB Ampang Point

I had a bad experience at the RHB Bank Ampang Point branch when trying to solve an issue with my online banking access. I was unable to sign in to my RHB online account, and the staff attending to me asked me to reset my password five times – but it still didn’t work.

What made the situation worse was that the staff was clearly distracted and kept attending to other customers while I was still waiting for my issue to be resolved. There was no proper focus or effort to really help me, and in the end, my problem remained unsolved.

I expected better service and attention, especially for something as important as online banking access. Very disappointed.

Bad experience! I went there and need to do my flexi loan partially pay off(principle knock off), the staff there did not know how to do it! Until i called my loan officer from puchong and communicated with them, but they still not able to understand it. Finally i shown them to get the form FBGSV 02/2023_V1, they hv printed out the form , i hv filled and informed them need to submit to HQ for approval, not sure they hv done it or not, if i still not get any update from next week, i may need go to other branch to do it

I visited RHB Bank to replace my expired debit card (it expired in 2021). The reason for replacing it was because I recently changed my phone, and the online banking app required verification using the ATM card at the machine. En. Ali was extremely helpful and assisted me throughout the entire process from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, thank you for the excellent service!

Just open account today, very rude personal banker. Don't know what type of company my company involved, take too long (she really don't know or just make excuse to drag me around 1 hour just open account). She also damage my identification card without telling me.
She asked me to sit away from her table (see picture) even have dedicated seat for client next to her table. Also joke about politician name. Really not professional staff.
