上门做业务客人多，但客服只有一个而已！等了30分钟只服务2了客人，我在10个号码外，看来要等5小时！！！咨询总台服务员，他说有一个吃饭去！但都快2:30pm...........目前也只有一个客服！

Always need to queue at counter seems like no place to sit. Complaint few times still same. Customers all stuck at door caused inconvenient when customer want to come in or go out from bank

This is undoubtedly one of the worst banks in Malaysia—possibly in all of Asia. Their system feels like it’s from the World War II era! Even a simple customer profile update requires a trip back to the original branch—what a joke. I’ve told my wife to withdraw all her money, leave just RM1.00, and let it sit there.

My mum went to this bank yesterday morning and the young front desk lady was serving her with “paralyzed face” the whole time. When asking when can change new notes for CNY the lady just pointed at one of the notice pasted on front desk, didn’t even bother to say a word. The lady did the same to other customers as well. Very rude attitude.

Lowest efficiency branch in Penang. Keep rejecting customers and ask to go back to original branch be it check balance loan amount, check interest rate or linked account🤦🏼‍♀️
