SUBJECT: FEEDBACK ON UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AT DEPARTMENT DISBURSEMENT (INDIAN GIRL)

I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY DEEP DISSATISFACTION WITH THE ATTITUDE OF ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS (AN INDIAN FEMALE) AT THE DEPARTMENT DISBURSEMENT COUNTER. HER BEHAVIOR WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. SHE SPOKE IN AN UNKIND, CONDESCENDING TONE AND SHOWED NO COURTESY OR BASIC RESPECT DURING OUR INTERACTION.

IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO BE TREATED IN SUCH A MANNER, AS EVERY INDIVIDUAL DESERVES TO BE SPOKEN TO WITH DIGNITY AND PROFESSIONALISM—REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION. WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS, AND WE EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH MUTUAL RESPECT.

I HOPE THIS MATTER WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND ADDRESSED APPROPRIATELY. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE REMINDED OF THE IMPORTANCE OF RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION.

请问你们的号码是拿爽的是吗刚刚去拿了Customer service的号码差不多要到我了你们给人插队一个我就算了你们给到三个是认真的吗不会按号码那个机器就拿去丢掉tolong你们🤬🤬🤬

Please remember to take a number from the guard or someone at the machine there, if not they will ask you to keep waiting and waiting for hours without inform you that your turn is there ( if you are sitting).

I had went there to renew my debit card which can be done within few minutes but I spent 1 hour for waiting.

Once I reach to the branch, I had ask the guard for number, he asked me to take a sit. Then I went to the counter again asking the staff about renewal of my card, she ask me to take a number from the guard. I get back to the guard and ask for number, he asked me again to just sit and wait for my turn.

After an hour realising that other customer ( which came in later) had already done their transaction, then I confirm again with the counter's staff.

Luckily the staff remembered that I asked her and let me proceed with my transaction first.

The staff are quite efficient the improvement shall be taken is to give number to all of the customers that come in. This can minimize the average waiting time for the customer and make customer to be more satisfied with the service.

Public Bank has became so control freak that it hinders customer service. I know there are prescribed procedure written by HO to follow and if not Internal Auditors will penalized. For information the procedures are there to guide and questions that officer should ask is what is the risk if I deviate a little. I am sure if a mitigating factor is put forth all relevant parties will agree. All banks please look from customer perspective and not just the bank!
