Dah dua kali datang bank sini untuk bukak account bank. Kemain leceh lagi. Siap nak suruh org balik. Nak pergi sini bukan dekat. Ada staff mak cik melayu ni mmg menyusahkan orang. Kalau boleh elak la dari jumpa dia. Menyesal betul pergi sini. Kalau boleh tak nak bagi star 😡😡😡

Lousier bank in Muar 👎🏼Very very slow. Got 8 counter only 3counter open very very poor service and I had been waited for 1 hour haven’t reach me

The customer service at this bank branch is extremely poor and I will definitely report and seriously complain to the head office. It took nearly a month to not really solve the problem at all. Every time, it just said to wait for the notification from the headquarters. Could it be that the headquarters did not notify, so it would not be done automatically? Seriously doubt their professional ability, this is a branch that is seriously unable to give customers satisfactory answers!!

我跟朋友一起来的，我们两个从来没有接触过信用卡这方面的东西，非常有耐心帮助我们解决问题，有很多我们不明白的东西都讲到很详细，我跟我的朋友都觉得有帮助到，非常nice，其他部门我不理解，但是这个客户管理,执行人员（黄俪杉）非常的棒，我们还需要弄到有关客服那边的服务，虽然不在她服务范围，但是会跟我们说去喝喝茶之类的，到了我们的号码会通知，非常好的一个人，而且人美心善~挺漂亮的一个小姐姐

Most lousy bank in muar, poor services. Take long time to waiting. More than half hours just serve 1-2 customer. Better go other bank. This is my last time visit this bank.

This bank branch has extremely poor customer service and I’ll definitely be bringing it up to the headquarters. My father went to this outlet to do PBE but repeatedly all 3 of the receptionist told my dad that I was impossible because his account is an old account. I have never heard of such absurdity before and hence we tried it on our own at home and managed to do it. Is this how you deal with normal people?

我从11:04am 开始一直等到12:50pm，只是想拿钱而已服务也是太差了，好像只有3一4个counter 在working.
