刚刚去银行的柜台询问我姐姐是否有进到钱去我户口的时候，柜台的女生语气真的很不好就不能好声好气的和我说话吗？为什么要用到那么烂的语气对我说话呢？这间银行的态度真的有够烂，真的令我很不舒服。我询问你东西你就对着我大呼小叫，什么服务态度！你站柜台不是要顾客询问你东西吗？如果我懂银行的东西还需要去柜台询问你吗？烂服务😡

The customer service is really the worst. I informed the counter that I want to open bank account for fd and saving, so she direct me to counter service. But after that the lady in that counter say' why didn't you say at the first place". Gosh! I ady told your colleague ady, I dont know how you all communicate, but the lady asked me back why didn't you say you want to open an account for fd?! How would I know that you actually do not know. The attitude is worse. Don't body force you to come working, if you are unpleasant about your job, quit auntie.

If at all have another option of no stars...i would have selected that...worst customer service and only one staff working for certain services..regretting opening account in public bank.

现在都快要早上11点了，柜台还是三个，其他人去哪里了？在家里睡觉吗？万里望都快过这里，真的太慢了。不是我说什么真的太慢了！！还有很多人在等着的麻烦改进一下好不好？！
