Parking spaces is limited on weekdays so better park at econsave. The bank has the same design as the one at Medan. FYI, the bank opens on Saturday at 10:30 AM until 13:30 PM. Please note the time.

Probably the worst bank service in bintulu, applied my credit card and afterward the salespersons totally ignore and do not provide any service for us at all? To the staff name Edwin, you do not guide us on how to activate credit card, its alright. But you still showing a bad behaviour towards your client and directly shut down our call when we are in emergency situation and require your advice on the situation.

Totally dissapointed with this bank branch services. Thumbs down for you public bank paragon.
