Worst bank experience with this branch for selling of my property for redemption sum and discharge form. Miss PEGGY is not professional to customer and keep procrastinate her own job, giving reason for delay due to under staff. As customer, the process to get an redemption sum letter took almost 3 weeks. Discharge form was even worst, she claimed was submitted at certain dates ( 12/8/23) to SDC, after lawyer verify the PBB HQ. The form was not even submitted, and customer need to bare the consequences !!! The form was only submitted on 23/8/23, but please DO NOT LIE to your customers. I advice others please kindly apply your housing loan from another other bank/ or branch.

would have given this branch a 5 star if not because its old and unwelcoming office. the staffs were not all great. but due to one extraordinary staff, miss Goh, who rendered excellent service for me to set up internet banking, which am not familiar with. better then private banking. Tq

I went there on May 22nd 2023 to pick up money from western union because my debit card was ruined by another banks ATM with a melted rubber on it , before this bank some other bank told me western union was just for customers (not true). And this Bank honored their agreement with western union and let me pick up the money also fixed my debit card by removing melted rubber that I couldn't. I want to thank the Malaysian guy at First floor behind the 3 clerks desk for saving my card and honoring western union agreement which other bank didn't.

Disappointed with the lousy one Indian staff working at the 1st floor counter services that is not a very polite person, always giving out lousy service, lazy to serve or doing his work, and not appreciate for having his job there. He seems to act like we the customers who is the one owed him something, showing his rude poker-face all the time! If you see this Indian guy serving you next time, you don't have to be polite to him too. You can easily recognize him, usually he will just sit there and kept quiet and after serving you, straight away look away pretending he didn't see you! If you say thank you to him, he will not says the same back to you. No manners at all!

Hi, good day. I have an account with public bank bukit bintang, today 29.10 2018.on Monday 1 on I went to the brunch for updates my house adress and phone number, as normal I took token and I was waiting 20 min.suddenly 1 Indian guy called me and told me why you waiting I told him I would like to update my address and telephone number. He said rudely nobody at customers services, you go now come back after 2 pm. When I was going 8 daw 1 Chinese women at customers services, I asked her can I uploaded my adress and phone number please. She said ok get number, I told her I alredy got number. Suddenly the Indian guy called her, then the Chinese woman ms.suzan was telling me sorry cone back 2 pm or 3pm or tomorrow, surely they are playing with me. It's an urgent for me to change my address and phone number. Cos..I will go back my contry for 2 months. I really not expected this type of poor service from them.please make it happen and take action asap.thanks .

Disappointed with servis. Everytime go for change small cash then that counter 05 guy will say we don’t have change money today/dont have small change.Then when only have change.🙄

I just came recently . I asked the services down floor ( ground floor ) , where is tge counter to opens bank account . He nicely answer at the 1st floor . Then i walked away , and once again i asked him to ensure where is the stair/lift to go up . But he replied me from some distance ( because we are not so near ) , KTM . i really felt pissed off , because he should nicely tell me that have a stair beside the enter door .
