Poor service,all call can no solve problem,waste time to call,is time to review insurance.

One problem three months can no solve,say can send email to do ,but still same problem no need have customers service.

Surprise email no response,no rejuct,no receive call.Call customers service again , same question must do in branch,same answer can send email to do,but same problem ,can not solve.

the point is if can no do by email, customers can accept to do nearby branch ,but can say early,so customers can arrange time to solve problem,not like this KIV forever.
