This is the first time I’ve heard about this. Yesterday a customer had an issue and there was a commotion at the station, so now the station says it will temporarily stop accepting payments from the new Budi app.

If someone who isn’t aware of this tries to pay, what happens?
TNG definitely won’t issue a refund, and the station has said they won’t accept it.
This is the first time I’ve heard such an explanation from the station, and I really can’t accept this response.

Doesn’t that mean my money is just gone?
I hope this won’t happen again.
This kind of approach only makes customers even more upset.

You should inform customers like this: “We can take your transaction, but we’re currently having this problem, so please confirm if you’re okay with it before proceeding,” instead of waiting until a customer runs into the issue and causes a scene for you to stop accepting payments.
