Bukak on weekends. Tak pernah tahu tapi haritu tengok takde orang terus aku renew roadtax motor. Cuma nak bayar tu dia tak accept card (katanya offline) & takde e wallet). So elok2 nak renew setahun, hanya dapat renew 6 bulan sebab cash kat wallet tak cukup. Btw siapa kat dunia bawak cash ratus2 ribu2 lagi? Orang cuci duit ye la. Kita ni orang biasa je. Duit dalam bank

Waiting time is not too long, cause lots of counter.

I went for collect my passport parcel. It was a good experience. On the other side many people was disappointed because the service was so slow. And I saw 2-3 staff having fun together by looking at one monitor while people waiting in que. I know it may have valid reason. But that shouldn't took that long until people get angry and walk off.

I gave 5 star because my service was good 👍

Need service improvement. I went there to collect my dependents passport and they rejected to handover the pasdports even i carried their original passports. They demanded to bring the dependents physically amd show their face to collect the passport. This rule was made by them and noy even informed the embassy to inform us.
