有史以来遇过服务最不好最慢的银行,拿号码等了一小时就询问要到我了吗,因为前面看着他们一直赶顾客走,叫顾客下星期才来,所以我就问,结果给的回应是开户口就是要等很久的,起码一个人要一个小时半,请问是问家事还是开户口?还好意思跟我说星期六日有开,我很得空?上次叫我下次来,这次来了又这样。从来没听过开户口那么久,其他银行10分钟搞定。

Today, I went to the bank to handle some account matters and parked my car in front of the store. Another car also wanted to park there, so we both waited for the guard to move the pillar. However, the guard only gave the parking space to the other car, stating that only premium customers can use the bank’s designated parking spaces.

I am confused and frustrated by this experience. I am also a customer, so why am I not entitled to this service? Is it because I drove a classic car today, whereas last time I drove a more luxurious car and was able to park without issue?

Please address this matter seriously and provide clarification!!!!!!!!!

Counter service 非常烂!连guard都叫我移车了,说premier parking只能park 1小时。拜托是我park着不走1小时吗?是哪些banker慢到啊!慢到我佩服

Waited for one hour even one person ahead and still not reaching our turn. Once customer left, the teller not attending the next and with her Sunday attitude chit chatting, walking around. This is 2nd time we came just to open a kid saving account, twice we back with nothing done but our wasted time! Now I’m thinking to close all my accounts in OCBC and change to other bank. Worst service if keep on with this working attitude. If I could I would give zero star.

The service was poor; counters 4 and 5 were unattended, with staff engaged in non-work-related conversations. This demonstrates a lack of customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with OCBC’s Premier Banking services in Melaka and malaysia. My experiences have shown that the service quality is far below what I expected as a premier customer.
1. Long Waiting Times:
The waiting time for premier banking is worse than the regular queue, which makes no sense for a service marketed as “premium.”
2. Poor Staff Attitude:
The staff are inattentive and unprofessional. On one occasion, they went for lunch without informing customers, leaving us sitting and waiting unnecessarily. This lack of courtesy is unacceptable
.
3. Ineffective Complaint Handling:
Lodging a complaint with their customer service is useless. Cases are closed without proper follow-up or resolution, making the process feel pointless.

OCBC’s overall service, including both front desk and careline support, is among the poorest I’ve encountered compared to other banks. If it weren’t for their weekend operating hours, I believe many customers would already have left.

For anyone considering OCBC, please proceed with caution. Based on my experience, the so-called “premier” service does not live up to its name.
