no standard.useless bank.System lousy. After cancel credit card still got statement out charge 10cen funny.Going bankrupt already So hungry with that 10 cen? And can't be waive. Even pay at the counter they still dont know how many interest going to be charge have to wait another month for statement.

I had a really good experience the 2 times I've been here to open an acc & etc. No appt needed. Just get a number & wait yr turn. No introducer required if one opens a Flex ac. Only need an introducer if u want to have a checking ac. I must say all their customer service staff are so friendly, courteous & informative. One can even text them for any banking enquiries that u may have. Please be reminded to check thru all the details such as addresses & etc. Too bad there's no safe deposit box available otherwise it would be perfect!

Came here at 9.40am but waited for a bit before i got called knowing im the first customer. But its ok

Then the counter lady Ken Nee, she is very friendly and helpful. This is what you need from a bank. Hate it when you have grumpy bank staff and show no sign of friendliness.
