My experience with the OCBC Bank Kluang Branch was frustrating and unacceptable. Not only was the service excruciatingly slow despite the minimal number of customers, but I was also forced to visit this branch after the bank canceled my card without my consent. When I asked for a reason, the staff couldn’t provide a valid explanation for why my card was canceled in the first place. After all that, I had to wait an unnecessarily long time for nothing. The lack of communication and respect for customers’ time is astounding. This kind of service is completely unprofessional.

Good to work at this branch, the staff chit chat relax, play hp. I notice not much customer but still need to wait for at least 1 hr and above. Visited at the branch 2.45pm, when come to my turn at 4.15pm they inform counter close, cant do anything. Ask me go to jb taman molek branch.

因为不太会看英语文件结果被不负责任的女职员还是经理级的误导,结果投诉上去总公司也没有用,因为它有上司在帮它撑腰.已经有不少人中招了还不知道！😩

Extremely low customer service. can't reach out to any of the branch person in-charge. Anyone here if knowing the brand contacts/email do share. OCBC is good bank, but why we can't reach to them for Kluang Branch

Take the services number 2020 about 11:30am, almost waiting for nearly 1 hour. The number still ramain on que 2018. The staff play the phone at the front desk.

A long wait and this bank does not allow fresh fund on money taken out from FD after expiring to put back in another new FD plus some cash added in. There is another bank that allows it. Wheelchair and senior citizen parking one each is right in front of the bank.
