Big branch but only a few staffs working.
Called me to apply new credit card. But never delivered to me. Called CS. Then asked to cancel card and apply new card. Said pick up from branch to avoid missing again. Come to the branch, waited for half an hour just still yet to collect the damn credit card. Another 10 mins still not done, I will just walk off …. Just cancel the credit card will do.

I was with them since 2000 as a kid for personal and business banking as well. Recently I think there is a new wave of changes in their staff and they are really not professional. For Business banking, they require me to sign documents in piece meal for some “Bank Negara Requirment” changes for Overdraft facility , with me getting chased to do this and that and after a year, when finally signed with their panel lawyer, suddenly the business banking manager call that I have been inactive in utilising their BA facility and they would like to cancel. Lawyer fees and time wasted for some wording term changes earlier and this agreement could not last for a month. It is a pity to have a pretty efficient and good service SG bank and turn into something so non professional. Please hire more competent staff for the bank operations as it feels much worse in service by inexperience than local banks.

Worst branch ever. Came here to open A Safety Deposit Box . The staff advised me to go level 1 , so I went up. As soon as I went there I was stopped by a guy named Mr Tinagaran and he was raising voice that I can’t be simply coming to level 1 just like that. And when I explained to him back he asked me what I wanted. I asked for a SDB and he said there is plenty and brought me down to a counter to open an account. Waited almost 2 H 35M for my number when there was only total of 7 customers in the branch . Lastly they said that I need to open investment accounts up to 90k to be a priority to open a SDB . Kindly conduct a surprise audit to this branch.

Their services are really bad. Long waiting time even though there were 6-7 officers over there. Looked like busy. Waited for 1 hour but my number was skipped and no one called the number and just skipped like that. Sangat teruk. So I went to maybank to open a new account.

Super bad service 1 queue wait for 1hour. And the bank is not crowed just fellow person but have 4counter operation….

Was served patiently and professionally from a guy with black frame spec seated at T8 (document counter).

Today's banking experience was ease with no time wasted unlike my terrible experience a year ago at the same bank with customer relationship manager lobbying products I did not keen on for a long time even though I politely rejected the investment 'recommendation'.

Went there yesterday around 2.30pm. Waited an hour for other services, the waiting chairs were full. The active personnel are the Indian employee at P2 counter and all the 3 ladies in T counter. As I was patiently waiting learnt a few things while the Indian staff was explaining to other customers on loans and investments.. that made my nerves calm. There was a male employee (KC) that kept disturbing the already busy Indian employee.
There was a lady in P3 counter staring at the laptop, not attending to any customer and trying really hard not to make any eye contact.
P5 had 3-4 male employees hanging around, playing with a rubber band.. shooting it like a kid. One was leaning on the wall yawning away. If these are trainees or interns .. looks like they are not scheduled /buddy productively by the manager. Only the guy with the glasses went to help a customer at the ATM.
Someone needs to come and surprise audit this branch.

Their sales people will say got no fees but the moment you sign the contract suddenly got high fees for receiving and transferring money. Avoid avoid avoid
