Bangunan ini telah dipelihara dan dijaga keadaannya dengan sangat baik. Walaupun telah dibina sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu, struktur dan catnya dalam keadaan yang sangat baik. Dikelilingi dengan pelbagai bangunan lama lain, kawasan ini sangat sesuai untuk dijadikan tempat bergambar.

Waited for 2hours just for transferring money to other bank. Served only one customer after lunch time. Your staff even asking what is liabiliti terhad and never have any experience on handling this (which has no any relation with transferring money to the other bank). Please, this is not standard of main branch. Get well-prepared before you serve 😅

Poor service. Not receiving credit card statement for a couple of months. Called to help desk & they asked me walk in to branch in order to get my problem solved. Visiting to branch today & printed the queue number at 10.16am. My number chit shown that only 1 customer ahead. Regretted that I have spent more than 1 hour waiting time there & my number still not been called at the time I walked away from branch at 11.30am. I would further emphasized that there was no crowd during my visit & the number of customers at banking hall is countable with fingers.

看到那么多人给負評就明白了，不明白這麼一間大銀行，辦事好似烏龜般慢！簡直浪費時間，重點人也不多簽張定期單好像好多搞作咁...什么爛外資銀行！！！！！！

很不明白那么大间银行 开一个柜台来处理问题， 两个柜台不到职员来做什么 。。。只是罢美而已 还是职员坐着是给我们看美女而已 😡😡 早上9:30等到 早上11点才处理我的问题 。。。正是佩服佩服😡 总行客服都没有眼看

Very lousy service, went two times to apply debit card for my company account but they unable to do that and the reason given was system not allowed to issue card. The queue time was super slow even though there was no customer waiting at the banking hall, the Branch Manager & Service Manager plays an important role in enhancing the customer service experience and ensure your staff are well trained!

My card has been stuck in one of them ATM during a public holiday for a malfunction of the same. Tried to call straight away the customer service number without getting any answer that day. The day after I have been in the bank to try to get it back but they, while laughing, told me that was already cutted because of them procedure. They don't even show me the card to proof it. They just say to order a new one without thinking that for a traveller it's almost impossible to get in time. You might check for more serious bank when try to whitdraw.

Lousy service. Asked to do it online, online asked to check with branch, branch nagging we should do it online. In the end, waste of time. Not user friendly at all
