A dumb customer service. Requested withdrawal letter multiple times and they asked me/dealer to check for the NCD details at carinfo website. From when carinfo become official website to obtain info?

Never ever renew car insurance premium especially add-on special perils coverage from this non professional insurance company, compensation not paid in full without any black & white clarification 👎👎👎

I dealt with MSIG in regards to the accident that I encountered with a motor bike rider. Their call centre employees and the adjuster person in charge have amazingly done a good job on my case. However, you're advised to contact them and get the updates occasionally when your enquiry is on going. Cause there are tons of customers for them to assist everyday. It could be possible to receive the feedback from them late.

this is the last year we are going to renew all our cars with you guys. what a ridiculous and un professional customer service ( Arief) and his supervisor (Norman) . my car broke down at the T junction. When my office staff called customer service to give the location they return called after 20 minutes to inform cant do pick up because the car broke down at a car workshop. so they expect the car to breakdown front an ICE cream shop? they said the car cant be towed from one workshop to another work shop. i took over the call and i said the car is on the road which is belonging to the goverment not owned by the workshop. if its inside the workshop then i understand. its a very small road at the T juction full of car workshops and tyre shops. but since its a company car we have a panel workshop so we cant use any randon workshop. after arguing for 20 over minutes then finally customer service said they will do a video call to see where is the car. after another 20 minutes customer service called ( already wasted 1 hour for this rubish ) then they video called my driver which from the name and video u can clearly see him being a malay muslim at 3pm under hot sun during fasting month they had genius idea to tell him to push the car 100m away from the workshop so it can be towed and its a MPV. what i cant accept from this whole event is the fact that they ask him to push the mpv while he is fasting what kind of humanity they have. no perikemanusiaan at all. even the car workshop ppl and tow truck ppl said msig insurance memang problem punya. thank you for your past 18 years service we truly know your service when we need it. all our 22 cars will no longer require your service once insurance has expired.

Processing very slow. Especially when you want to surrender MRTT. Took 21 days to process. Missing out one form sent to me and they request another 21 days to process again. Few days to sign up but few months to surrender the policy. What a joke!

保險賠償金不可以摧的,只是問保險銷售員幾時可以拿到錢,無原無故被駡。跟你們買保險還要給你們駡,還説不做我的生意,這是甚麼的態度,不可以好好地説嗎?一點禮貌都没有,第一次遇見這種人。我還打算明年要更改我的保單加保,全馬不是只有你們一間保險公司。花錢買保險還要受氣,TMD不懂甚麼道理。
