Service out dari kaunter 5 nama syahirah ke apa entah.. terpaling makcik2 tua keja bank.. TQ xda apa pun xda.. Muka buat mcm aku ada hutang 10k dgn dia.. Yang lain semua mmg tiptop service kecuali mkcik sorang ni. I’ve been here since the last 10 years and never seen this makcik before. Entah transfer dri mana duk buat kerek.

Teruk giler berurusan dgn pic bank ne. Nak call pun susah, dpt call pastu suruh emel, dah email tak balas pulak . Hebat sgt.. I feel like to mention your name here but im still rasa manusia. Tolong la jgn menyusahkan your cust, tolong la helpful sikit. Jgn ingat selamanya akan selesa, rasa hebat.Kalau rasa dah otai sgt susah nak kerja bagi org lain kerja., ramai lagi yg kat luar tu bijak2. Staff kaunter paling tak friendly, sangat tak membantu, paling menyusahkan dan tuads empati. Siap suruh p refer ke homebranch tanpa ada inisiatif nak membantu. Dah bertudung, kaunter 2, memalukan!!

18/Apr, 9:45am : Experienced poor service with the front desk staff at the entrance. A guy in his 40s, seems unwelcome a customer to get their service. I was trying to understand the requirements to open a current account, he continuously increased his voice, until I told him to slow down his voice as I only want to know what was the requirements not arguing. He simply asked me to apply online through mobile phone right away but, another lady staff said, it’s a lot to fill up and better do it from laptop at home. The guy seems like to chase me out and not trying to let me talk to the officer on duty.

Then I went to Autocity branch, the front desk staff without much questions just printed out queuing number and allow me to meet and speak to the officer. The officer lady at counter 11 was so helpful and guide me what needs to be done and handed me a note for my reference.

That’s all I need to know but, not simply chase a customer out when they trying to get the service from you as they already allocated their time to settle their stuff.

Monday 24/3 only 2 staff at counter
1 counter only open?
really cannot acceptable!
where ur others staff?

all waiting for soo long..

over then 30 minute!!
then the cashier room15 also not calling for service as usual.. why? wasting people time!!
why ur management not plan for staff on duty properly? especialy on monday!! should know monday was peak.. please improve! plan ur staff schedule!! dont wasting people time!!
at RHB can see their service to fast up the line.. the manager at back coubter RHB also stand and help to count money to fast up the Qline.. what ur action to be taken to improved ur service?
