I would like to express my sincere gratitude to En Helmi Aziz, a Customer Service Officer, for his exceptional assistance in requesting a reassessment of my GL application. After encountering some difficulties with my initial application, I reached out to the HQ to request the CEO’s email address. En Helmi kindly asked for the opportunity to review my case thoroughly and professionally. Within 30 minutes, he informed me that a new point of contact had been assigned to reassess my case. Throughout the process, En Helmi provided regular updates, and the GL was ultimately issued later that same afternoon.

Bad. Im disappointed. My car windscreen was under insured. Now i cant claim. Underwriter takes months and yet still dont wanna amend my policy. Damn stupid!

I rarely praise on insurance company because most of the time the purchase is easy, but the claiming process is torturing and unreasonable, showing no empathy and understanding on the unlucky event.

However i must give Lonpac the compliment they deserved, a big thumbs up especially claim agent Ms Rose Sally for the exceptionally good service. I can't praise enough on the efforts given by her from submitting of claim, collection of required documents, and follow up. not only talking in very polite manners, but also being very understanding and reasonable, given all the help and clarification needed, and most importantly claim successfully approved in a fairly reasonable timing.
