Very disappointed with the service from this company, especially the arrogant attitude of the staff. When I asked why it takes 45 working days to refund my renovation deposit (Tuan 2egacy), they simply replied "please follow the developer’s guidelines" without any clear explanation.

Before renovation, I checked with the management office to see if I could install a ventilation fan in the center of the yard window. They said OK at that time.

Now, after everything is done, they suddenly say it’s not allowed and refuse to refund my deposit, claiming I didn’t follow the guidelines – even though I did explain and get verbal confirmation before.

Unacceptable and irresponsible. I will file an official complaint to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDN) if no proper resolution is given.

Very poor management service. The owner's deposit should be returned within 2 months, but it has been 3 months and there has been no progress. When asked about it, the management only mentioned that they would check, but there has been no progress at all. (This is especially refer to the team who managing Sunsuria Forum)

3. The staff exhibited a noticeable lack of patience and arrogance, suggesting that they were too busy to give proper attention to my appraisal. This dismissive attitude severely undermined my confidence in their service.

4. There was a clear disdain for my appraisal case due to its low cost, with implications that it was not worth their time. This attitude demonstrates a lack of respect for all clients, regardless of the case value.

5. When I requested contact details for further communication, the staff refused to provide them and showed a lack of concern about potential complaints. This lack of transparency and accountability is troubling.

Overall, Laurelcap Appraisal Company’s appraisal services are seriously lacking in professionalism and respect. Their apparent focus on larger, higher-value cases over providing quality service to all clients is deeply disappointing. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision and encourages the company to address these issues within their appraisal department.

Disappointing Experience with Restrictions
I purchased a home under a Residensi title expecting some level of freedom to personalize my living space. However, the strict rules imposed by hired appointed MO #CPILAND, have made it frustrating to even make basic adjustments like installing a plug point. Such restrictions feel unreasonable and stifle homeowners' ability to truly make their homes their own.

I urge #CPILAND and the management to reconsider these policies and take into account the needs and rights of homeowners. Buying a property should come with a sense of ownership, not frustration.

Dear Developer, don't dare to hire them to just fill in your management office. You will headache with all the complaints from your property buyers. Thank me later ok. Laurelcap, I suggest u go investigate on what's happening in Tuan 2egacy. We just cant wait for our 1st AGM. pheww~
