Unusable online platform
Too much hassle for what is rightfully our.
Not to mention those outdated form that just waste of paper
One staff only at the number counter.
Original birth cert?!
Original receipt?!
Its just ridiculous. Make life difficult.

I am the individual that with my ID to applied withdrawal for my course fee with my college original documents, why i need to retrieve original receipt in the middle of the rain on my off day?!

Counter staff is actually real helpful.

星期五 27-12-2024,一早8.20am到哪了，停车位就在下層，排到8.30进门不到3分钟就叫到号，柜台15号马来女士，美丽笑容可爱，工作認真不到10分钟一切手续完成，又快，直得表扬，是经理们支的提升这员工

I am an Expat living in Malaysia since 2016 . Recently I had to update my new passport number with KWSP and my experience was really great. I went to this office where they had 2 crew members who helps in giving us the token and asking what is the reason we have gone there . They helped in giving the form to be filled and also guided me on what all needs to be filled in and then also helped me with taking photocopies of my passport for submission. From that moment there were around 24 members before me in queue , however the queue moved pretty fast and I got the update done in around 15 minutes . I would like to thank the staff members at KWSP Kaula Lumpur for their fast track service and also making this update an amazing experience.

I just had to wait for 20 minutes to wait for my number to be called by the counter. I love how all the staffs treat the clients. They work professionally and are really kind. Keep up the work etiquette that you are doing.

Very efficient! Around 10 mins in and out. Was here only for thumbprint verification but overall I was a happy customer. Went in at 1.50pm, 2pm I was already walking out.
