I went there today around 10:47am and almost waited half an hour to just deposit cash in the counter since cannot use their ATM machine for cash deposit but there was only 1 customer there before me. Their service is extremely slow. Even they have 4 counters only 2 will be open and only 1 will he functioning, another staff at the counter will never attend the customer. Service is quiet bad.

Hi good morning , thursday 30th may 2024 i went to kuwait finance house etiqa twins to change my registerred number phone for online banking .. male officer guide me .. there is no one there but i need to wait for half and hour .. so the officer guide me , i need to change the card and charge rm15 then he ask me to check the card at atm 1st but unfortunately i still cannot use the card .. when i go back to thw counter and ask , he said of he forgot to activate my card then my registered number 24 hour only can be used in online banking .. but now when i try to check for online banking , i still dont get the TAC number .. im afraid that the officer wrongly wrote my number .. i hope kuwait finance house take this issue seriously , i need to work .. i cannot simply go out during office hour to settle this unresponsible attitude of your staff .. when i call for inquery .. there is no one answer .. i called so many times but no one answer ..
