Just shutdown this whole place atp, system was garbage, paid rm25 for shipping fee but still needed to self-pickup When i already arrived at the place to self-pickup, they stated that my parcel is currently being delivered kinda surprised how this place still functioning after all the bad review. J&T and Flash Express was better, only if I knew Pusat Mel Kuching is this bad. Also want to issue about there is no signage that stated which department is pusat mel A and which one is pusat mel B, leaving people confused. What a waste of time using this courier service.

Next day datang untuk collect parcel, staff cakap parcel di bawa driver, tengok status lagi, attempted fail,x2 sebab hujan lagi. Post laju yang paling slow , hujan3, gambar hujan buat apa siapa mau tengok. Kalau ada 0 Bintang saya letak 0.

Very unprofessional service. Paid for courier service but ask to self collect. Out for delivery as per status, but fail to attempt 2 days already. Please train your staff or change your staff.

I ve been here several times before. There is still vast room for improvement as far as service and efficiency is concerned. Courtesy is slacking. I don't know if things have improve Now. Premise is wide but slightly stuffy inside. There is a western union counter on the ground floor. Traffic flow in this area is heavy . During peak hours, one can expect traffic congestion.

Not sure why everytime my parcel arrive here, they WILL keep it longer than they should compared to if it arrives at any other centre, without fail. This obviously shows that the system is truly faulty thus the poor rating. Also it seems like customers feedback is not at all important since this has been happening frequently to many people. I hope they take ratings & complaints seriously. Also hoping they'll improve & I am willing to come back, edit my review & give more stars.

Order item thru shopee mentioned delivered but did not received the item at all. Doesn’t even bother to call me at the first place before delivering the item. Even other courier service provide much better services. What a shame.

item always didn't delivered, but just simply update the tracking said that fail delivered due to office closed. infact , there was no notice left and we re always open during the week day. i really suspect that it is poslaju too lazy to deliver then simply update the tracking status so we ll go and collect the parcel ourself

Come here if you want the staff to tell you your parcel is somewhere else. That's all they do. They won't give you your item or be honest about where it is.
People are coming here to pick up their stuff. Everyone is turned away because "Your parcel is at xxxx". Just give it to them. Why lie and say its not there. My parcel has been there for over a month. You are making more work for yourself. Just simply give it when people come to pick it up. You need new management.
