Truly a premier banking experience, the level of service is distinctly different from local banks.

I deeply appreciate the patience and support provided during the account opening process, and especially the refinancing advice, where the banker demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. It’s reassuring to see this standard of service still being upheld today.

Visited with a booked appointment today and barely had time to sit down before we were called forward. Michelle was very patient and helpful, sorting out all of our issues quickly but without rushing us. The environment was also pleasant with comfortable chairs.

Went to the cash machines section on Saturday. It was clean and operational. Good air-conditioning.
Once the machines refused to accept my transaction for no apparent reason. I just had to come back a few days later and they worked.

Very bad service. Come 1 day because have the appointment with them, when we go there the person in charge is on leave?

Second day come to their bank again after make second appointment. Completed the process

Third day they called because they forgot to provide one document to be signed. Have to come again for the third day!!

Another update,after the third meeting they still call that they are missing one document need to be signed. Now have to come forth time to sign the document!

Very very very slow service and there were more than 5 counters that were active. Literally waited more than half an hour before getting attended and only 3 people ahead of us.

My main bank, and always a nice feeling walking into the bank, and getting greeted and served within a few minutes, unless there's a large number of customers, but that's very rare. Usually my transactions needing to go to the counter/service staff will be quick. Very spacious, very clean, and just the general outlook of the place is welcoming. Lots of ATMs and CDMs for quick transactions and after business hours dealings, and which I almost never have to queue.

I had a great help from Puan Haslinda and the team today. I have inactive account in hsbc.uk for more than tens years which i still received email yearly to activate my account. The only reason i didnt do it earlier was I dont want to cause any trouble as i have approached the hsbc in malaysia multiple time but was rejected at every chance. Alhamdulillah Puan haslinda and team assisted me today, causing them to extend their working time late evening. Thanks from my bottom of heart and may Allah make all ur affairs easy.
