Sangat sangat tidak memuaskan perkhimatan talefon perbankan terpaksa menunggu hampir 30minit tapi tiada jawapan hanya mendengar kata kata dari suara mesin yg telah direcord. Tidak layak utk dapat walaupun satu bintang. Sangat sangat megecewakan

Slow service. Just wanted to activate the online banking also had to wait for 1 hour ++ 🤦.
Saw several customers come after me, but then they are being called earlier than me. There's a lot of counters, but most are empty.

The service is incredibly slow. For such a large building, having only two employees working while five people are in queue resulted in over an hour's wait. It was surprising to see other employees seemingly taking a break, and even more so when a staff member had to call customer service for a visiting customer. It felt like a bit of a joke

Waited for hours with no help. Queue kept growing even after scanning the QR, turns out it was appointment customer priority, but no clear communication at all. A complete waste of time.

Oh wow, what an amazing experience! If you enjoy wasting your time, this is the place to be. Easily the slowest service in all of Ipoh—because why rush when you can let customers sit around for over an hour with barely anyone else in line?

The counters? Absolutely top-tier in looking abandoned. No staff in sight, just empty spaces that scream, "We don’t really care!" Honestly, with all that unused real estate, they should just open a food court—at least then people would get something while waiting endlessly.

I wish to give this branch a zero rating due to their poor services. It’s totally nerve recking on the way how the Teller (en azizul )treated me . If you ever asked him what to do or anything, all that he will you is sorry our queue is long today , things can’t be settled today at our branch and he will direct us to other branches. He thinks people don’t really have a job to do is it ! Today my dad went in to report about bank card stuck also the same thing happens. He directed my dad to bring me along to retrieve the card due to I am the card holder. Then when I went there , Walao he asked me why did I gave my card to outsider to use. Itseems they have a policy on it. Only card holders are allowed to do transactions with this bank! It’s my first time encountering such an issues with bank. He made me behave so unprofessional today. He made me angry with his behavior. I was also ashamed of my behavior. After all it’s just to get the card back. Haiz.

Recept able to answer tht you need to wait long even he know what service the customer need.
Name alone premier not enough but service not premier.
