The bank staffs in Kluang branch mostly I meet are most friendly compare with other branch. They are no difference between frontliner or back officer. Although they are crowded, they still try their own best to press their numbering within the minutes and serve with smiling face and friendly tone. Especially Farhani and Azlin. No matter how busy they still help each other to serve customer in time. Sometimes I got question need to ask and not available go to the branch, they try their own best to resolve my problem via the call no matter what time. I really appreciate. Hope the service can be last long in Kluang branch, thank you.

I went to this Kluang branch twice this week. I was serviced by the same lady, Azean. She was awesome, super friendly, helpful and her service always go above and beyond.

I did have bad experiences with this branch in the past, however, Azean’s great service overwrote the bad impression. Well done girl!

Azlin was another lady who provides good service.
