I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the money changer at AEON Manjung. On 22th Jun 25 at around 9.33pm, I went there to change currency, but the outlet was already closed and didn't receive customer, even though the stated operating hours showed it should still be open.

This caused a lot of inconvenience and reflects very poorly on the management and professionalism of the outlet. If business hours are not followed, it not only wastes customers’ time but also damages AEON’s reputation as a reliable and customer-focused shopping destination.

I hope the owner of the money changer and AEON Manjung management can look into this matter seriously and ensure better compliance and accountability from all tenants in the future. Thank you.
