service lambat, lama kena tunggu. lepastu dah tunggu lama boleh pulak salah tarikh insurans. teradvance satu tahun. sepatutnya issued tarikh hari ini 26/8/2025, tapi dekat document tarikh 26/8/2026. saya nak pergi hidupkan roadtax time tu tau, staff pos kata tak boleh buat. saya kena ulang balik pergi office generali melaka raya betulkan isu ni. menyusahkan. buat kerja CUAI. saya bayar meh. saya kejar masa. please lah buat kerja BETUL SIKIT. dah lah lambat salah pulak. bad experience ever.

There is car park area nearby. Customer service representative is nice. Unfortunately the branch office is not located alongside of the main road of Taman Melaka Raya.
