Customer service = pure disappointment. My sister accidentally booked the wrong date (for today), and I immediately contacted them while there were still 4 hours left before departure. You’d think they’d at least try to help, but nope. Instead of proper assistance, I was met with sarcasm and a cold “nothing we can do” attitude.

Here’s the thing: even airlines, yes, AIRLINES let you change bookings. Planes fly across countries, yet they manage to be more flexible. So why can’t a ferry, which literally sails an hour away, do the same? The whole “48-hour rule” is nonsense and just an excuse to pocket easy money.

This isn’t about rules. It’s about basic decency and customer care. Mistakes happen, and when a customer reaches out immediately, the least you can do is show some empathy and provide solutions. Instead, I was treated like a burden.

This company clearly values profit over people. No customer service, no understanding, no flexibility. Just daylight robbery hiding behind “policy.”

⚠️ Think twice before booking. If you value your money and sanity, choose another ferry company—you’ll get nothing here except stress and a lighter wallet.

This ferry is a joke.
Not only did we have to pay the highest ticket price (as we are foreigners) but also we were forced to sit in the under deck in freezing cold from the AC and no windows. It didn't matter for the staff that there were empty seats upstairs. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour.
Also there was no space for luggage or it has been managed improperly. There were suitcases and bags all over the floor making it very difficult to reach the toilet or get out off the boat.
We did Kuala Perlis to Langkawi route which lasted for about 1,5hour and it was the worst ferry ever.
Avoid at all costs.

Ubah waktu ikut suka. 15 minit sebelum berlepas baru kalut nak call. Kalau air surut perkara boleh tahu lebih awal forecast. Inform 2 jam sebelum minima lebih logik.

Bad experience ever, we paid vip price, tak harapkan service kayangan cukup dengan tunjukkan di mana room service, tp staff mostly ignore, yang bawa anak kecil better take Sani sebab staff langsung x tolong simpankan luggage, yg ibu travel alone kesian. Maybe management tak akan ambik tindakan tp my review just untuk inform bayar lebih tapi hanya dapat keselesaan seat sahaja, privacy pun kurang. Better sani for my opinion

Naik pukul 2.30 pukul 3.50 belum sampai atas laut lagi naik tarikh 1.3.24 lambat , aircond aras atas panas tak sejuk langsung dari langkawi sampai k.perlis panas . Aircond besar saja tapi panas .

Very bad experience. Staff is extremely rude. We already bought tickets online (official website) and they wouldn't let us use them. They made us buy new tickets. When we went to buy new ones and came back, we had to use to old tickets (original ones we bought online) to get through the gates. So there was nothing wrong with them. They didn't want to provide any refund.

No star if possible.. Worstferry experience ever....! Very lousy. Who ever run this business should just shut down permanently!

-Can't select sitting. I can see Everyone is struggling to sit with their family member and their children. They seperate the sitting numbers so u can't plan and organizer properly at all.

-Side seat full of little cockroaches. No hygiene and cleanliness at all.

My advice just take flight. Not worth the bad experience ruin your memories in Langkawi

Terima kasih banyak sangat kepada krew feri langkawi ferry service yang tak ada common sense untuk bantu saya yang sarat mengandung untuk alih beg time nak naik & turun feri pada tarikh 22/6/2024 masa 1pm-2:30pm . Kepada krew tarik muka bila saya tanya no seat bahagian mana , ucapan tersangat tahniah untuk adab dan etika awak. Mungkin ini yang pihak pengurusan feri terapkan waktu training awak dulu kot. Kepada mereka yang nak naik feri langkawi service ,
pastikan awak jangan naik time mengandung ya. Kesian baby awak nanti. 👍 sepatutnya satu bintang pun tak layak dapat
