Bahagian customer service teruk. Kali pertama pergi nak buat akaun bank, staff kat kaunter baca surat yg saya bawa. Tanpa apa2 komen, keluarkan semua borang buka akaun baru dan hanya cakap "isi, deposit Rm250". Kali kedua pergi, tunggu hampir 40minit baru dipanggil. Tengok balik surat yg saya bawak. Surat yg SAMA saya bawa masa kali pertama datang. Staff yg SAMA masa kali pertama datang komen "tak ada orang tegur awak ke untuk penggunaan ayat kepada pihak berkenaan tak boleh tulis macam ni. Kena tulis alamt penuh CIMB UTM". dia suruh saya balik dan tukar ayat tersebut. Macam budak sekolah dia buat kita. Last2 pergi cawangan CIMB luar dari UTM. Sekejapp je settle urusan. Tak sampai 40 minit urusan selesai. Tak ada cerewet minta itu minta ini. Janji cukup dokumen je. Mohon perbaiki sistem customer service. Jangan memilih kasta kalau nak serve orang. Kalau rasa tak boleh bekerja di bahagian kaunter. Pergi mohon kerja bahagian cleaner.

Tiada star sepatutnya..Staf kaunter depan no 2 tidak pakai spec.. sangat kurang ajar bila tanya dia tengking dan tiada salam.. pemalas! Kerja kaunter kena ramah.. padahal bukan ada orang pon..servis slow nak mampos..setakat minta sign pon lembap buat kerja..tak tengok dokumen terus cakap ni bukan kami buat.. dah kalau dalam borang mention bank.. mestilah kena isi oleh bank..kalau tak boleh mesra, tak boleh buat kerja dengan betul.. tolong resign je.. buat malu CIMB shj

bad service at all. i already make appointment to meet staff there (man) for some purpose, and already called him before arrived. but SHE at the counter number 2 didnt alllowed to meet him. and asked me why you not bring ssm and the other document if u want to come without knowing anything. very rude and bad to treat customer like that. if u want to talk u can talk nicely and properly no matter how tired you are. you are working to serve customer!!!!! dont deserve rate at all. tq

Worst services.the guard ask to take number 1.26 pm and waiting until 1.45pm nobody at the counter.the guard said the bank is open but the staff go for break.

The staff at the counter was rude and racist and made negative assumptions about me based on my ethnicity. They assumed I cannot understand Malay and treated me poorly. She didn’t even have the abilities to transfer message properly and blamed me by assuming I cannot understand Malay even I did know how to speak? The service was very disappointing. I hope the management can improve their service. Maybe even send her back to school and learn again her hospitality.

One of the worst service ever. One of the employees treated me in a very rude way, she literally made me cry while I’m waiting with my baby because I asked one question. She’s sitting at counter 2, I hope bank replace her because she’s unprofessional.

Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic service.
It may be bit harsh but they deserve this.
Dead slow processing by two ladies at counter. We friend were sitting there for more then two hours. At that time there were total 6 customers including us. More then half hour on wach customer. I dont know what they were doing on computers. Playing video games or whatever....
Irony is that they were not giving tickets to new customers. Guard told them to sit down and donot print the ticket. When the ladies were finished with one customer, guard himself print the ticket and gives to next customer in line.
I don't know what is the logic behind this but i think thats there tactic to show that they are doing their work very fast....
Overall I am totally disappointed by there speed and behavior.
