Terukkk!!!! Servis teruk, tak kisah la tunggu lama pun, dari 11.30pagi sampai 1.30petang asalkan kerja jalan, ni tak jalan… nak buat acc baru, tanya kaunter pertanyaan, suruh pergi dan tunggu di kaunter 7, tak ada nombor giliran, tak ada suruh isi apa apa borang… aku tunggu lama tapi yang orang baru sampai kene panggil dulu Lepastu dah turn aku, dicakapnya tak boleh buka acc? Tanya atas alasan apa? Dia boleh cakap sebab tak boleh Yelah tak boleh sebab apaAku bawak surat dari pihak majikan kot. Memang shial siapa yang urus cawangan ni.

customer service is very bad . the front desk is busy cross selling product and chit chat with the customers & make other customer wait for so long . I came to make replacement card and the pic at the counter 2 did not friendly at all . I gave her my ic and old card but she quietly looking at me and expect me to understand her language that she is asking for the paper . Please CIMB, train your staff to be more gentle n friendly to your customers . Teach them how to serve and do customer service . I came at 10am, 11am my card still yet renewed. Its weekday btw and there is no much customers today . Not everyone have all day to come here . Please do take note CIMB

Drop by here to withdraw cash from ATM after fetching my wife to a dental clinic nearby. SOP well implemented. The place is bright and comfortable safe.Tried to withdraw from ATM and was rejected twice for unauthorised transaction and contact bank notice. Request for assistance by bank service counter staff and was able to complete my ATM withdrawal. Great customer service. Parking is easily available before peak hours.

Terrible encounter today at 11am, 27 Jan 2025. Arrived at this CIMB bank branch, was told that the cash withdrawal queue is long. So, proceed with ATM withdrawal, all ATM machine was not replenish with cash. How can a branch ATM have no cash for withdrawal!

When Approach the customer service counter, their responses was “I don’t even know how to answer you why cash is not replenished to the ATM machines”.

Always have different encounters with this branch. Cimb should look into the branch performance in detailed!

Nak keluar duit 100k pon pegawai tak bagi. Pandang org atas bwh. Suruh bawa buku bank. Zaman batu ke keluar duit pakai buku bank. Leceh gila cimb
