Staff counter 7 and 51 is very rude and disappointing. Do you want to assist your client or not ya? Be mindful with your position or I will report to the Region Manager. Your staff buat tak nak layan je customer and then menyorok main handphone. Orang datang for account opening, you malas layan. Tolak sana tolak sini. Dah Kali ke berapa datang with my son but still layanan tidak memuaskan.

You all if orang nak buat FD you nak layan, kalau benda cincai macam ni malas layan Dan kurang ajar dengan customer.

Saya ke cimb gleneagles pada 15/1/25 utk urusan cimb octo sy yang disekat akibat salah masukkan password. Staff perempuan dikaunter hadapan (welcome) membantu sy dan masalah octo dapat diselesaikan hanya dalam beberapa minit sahaja.. Terima kasih kakak cimb gleneagles.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE . Not kaunter frontliner staff tapi yg belakang tabir staff.

Datang untuk cashkan cheque pada 26/2/2025 jam 11 pagi.. tpi seorang staf perempuan, kaca mata bulat, tudung bulat sangat arrogant .

perlu ke assist client dengan nada yg tinggi sedangkan client dlm clueless situation.

Sangat tidak beradab. client cuba nak mudahkan situasi, tpi staff cimb still berkeras dgn lagaknya.

client dah bawa surat pengesahan(lampiran) tpi still staff cimb tersebut menafikan number dalam surat itu tidak boleh dihubungi.

Mohon staff tersebut belajar adab as customsr service .

The front desk service was terrible. I saw a notice asking customers to scan a code to get a queue number, so I scanned it right in front of her. Then, with an arrogant tone, she said, “I’m right here. You can ask me, what do you need?”

I told her I wanted to activate my card, and then she told me I needed to go all the way to CIMB Setiawangsa, just because they ran out of cards? That’s a ridiculous excuse. Honestly, very poor service.

Was skeptical about this branch due to negative reviews but the front desk staff Ms Azianah was so so nice, friendly and helpful. She was literally multitasking - helping a few customers at once yet worked efficiently and with such a sunny personality. Terima kasih cik ❤️

The customer service was terrible. I had just arrived at the front desk with my mother, and had already been greeted with a skeptical comment that enraged me. Immediately, I felt like I was not welcomed. Not just that, but the male worker at counter 5 was also extremely rude for no reason at all, overall making the experience unbearable. In the end, we had to leave due to miscommunication the staff had amongst themselves. I came in with nothing, and I came out with nothing. If I could give a zero star review, I would. Do better. Please send your employees for customer service training.

Went here to get a replacement for my debit card, fast process, HOWEVER, the lady DID NOT TELL ME WHAT TO DO AFTERWARDS. i still cannot use my debit card. Lack of instructions. very inconvenient to me. cannot even use qr pay. PLS LET US KNOW WHAT WE SHOULD DO NEXT ONCE WE GET OUT CARD.

It was a pleasure banking at this CIMB branch. The front desk lady was very welcoming and I was attended to by Ms Aziana. She is, knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and was able to help me with a document that I needed (which staff at another branch had not given me the correct information about). The staff here are to be commended!
