The low rating is for the rudest person I've ever encountered (the guy answering me thru the intercom machine at parking gate today). The security and receptionist staff meanwhile were all very good. The building management needs to seriously monitor the oral behaviour of this guy towards guests/ clients, or hire the right person.

Incident happened when I, a first-time visitor, mistakenly entered the wrong parking entrance which is not for public parking around 9.45-10am, 14th Nov 2024. The guy answering the intercom machine was very rude both to the Bangladeshi security guard and myself.

Worst parking system with no touch n go or any sort of ewallet payment. Parking rate is super expensive and parking operator park rite has the most rude staff in the market

The worst experience ever at this Menara Bangkok Bank Jalan Ampang!

No temporary parking or 15 minutes waiting car in front of their building! Imagine how hassle that will be for a single driver who just want to drop a parcel to their client (but I’m lucky as my sister is driving). The security even rude and kept chasing us to leave even though we’ve asked for permission and explained about the delivery needs.

Also, not to mentioned about their reception team (2 guys) who not only lack of empathy but also incredibly rude!

I have a package delivery (weighing 25kgs in 3 separate bags!) to be delivered to the client at level 30, tried to contact the client directly to collect the parcel but unreachable even after several attempts. Ask the reception politely if it is possible to leave the package in their counter area and the recipient will come to pick it up. But they did not allow it and asked to send myself to the specified floor. But need to register using NRIC/driving license for the 1st time visitors. It was unfortunate that both of my documents were left in the car and it was far away (as our car was not allowed to wait there temporarily). Hence, asked if I could just provide my NRIC number instead yet been refused with SOPs reason. They not even bother to provide any other solution despite have saw a woman is carrying such a heavy-loads. Truly disappointed to see such inhuman behaviours!

They left me no other choice but to seek their kind favour if can help to call the recipient (which logically is their tenants and they should have their tenant’s phone number) since I can’t get them due to building line issues. But the response received from one of their receptionist (a Malay man) was surprisingly rude by saying “this is an office building, not a residence” in such a sarcastic tone. I really wonder what their main job as reception is there to be honest. Is it just to stand and sit while having your own sweet time to look around and chat with each other Are they paid to do so? If yes, please let us know as well as we have tons of candidates waiting to apply for the post as well.

Nevertheless, their building system or SOP itself is a ‘top-notch’. So many systems and hassle that you need to go through before you can actually enter the elevator. Imagine that happening to someone who has to carry such a heavy-load at a time (or a pregnant woman perhaps) and I’m sure their ‘great reception’ still won’t even care. Thanks to Menara Bangkok Bank for their ‘well-trained’ and ‘polite’ receptionist man. Keep up your ‘great service’ for more years to come. For those 2 receptionist (1 Malay, 1 Indian guy), may the karma or kifarah comes to you and good luck to those that need to go to their building.

P/S: For record, incidents take place on Wednesday, 25th January 2023 between 2.50pm to 3.30pm (if only the building management care to look into this matter and take appropriate action. Otherwise, it such a shame to see your ‘professional building and services’ even after many reviews complaining about your reception team services). Believe they not even deserve a 1 star rating for such a poor security and receptionist service.
