Customer service masa saya datang cuma 2 je buka. Layan 1 customer almost 45 minute!!! 1 jam lebih saya tunggu untuk dapatkan layanan di kaunter. Teruk sangat.

The branch is huge, but surprisingly, there’s only one counter dedicated to handling card issues. The long wait times are ridiculous, considering the size of the branch and the number of customers. It would be great if they could improve efficiency and add more counters to better serve people. And some other staff is just sitting and playing the phone.

The staff tell me : My hand can’t do anything, directly ask me to talk to the phone instead.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service.
The staff were rude, and despite trying to reset my password, the issue wasn’t solved.

I had to return a second time, and even after waiting in line again, the problem still wasn’t resolved.

The lack of professionalism and patience was frustrating and wasted a lot of my time.

The service was slow and poor. Even with fewer than 10 people ahead of me, I had to wait hours just to update my phone number. Serving only three customers in an hour is unacceptable. Management needs to make significant improvements.
