Sampai alrajhi 10:30am till 1:30pm to open saving account and no sign to entertain me, customer beberapa org je pun, staff ramai tapi very very very slow service. Main handphone masa keje? Omg. If I could give 0 stars, I Would.

This bank clearly does not care about protecting its customers’ data. If they can leak my personal information so casually, who knows what else they’re careless with? The level of disregard is alarming, and it’s clear they think they’re above their own policies.

Even their official response is so stupid. I do not want to bank with them anymore because they abused my rights and even then they cant give me a solution for it.

Since this violation, I’ve been in constant stress and fear, struggling to even feel safe or sleep in my own home because of the sensitive information they’ve shared.

To anyone even thinking about using Al-Rajhi Bank – don’t risk it. You deserve a bank that actually respects your rights. Al-Rajhi Bank is not that bank.

Such a damn hassle I have to live with just because they cannot teach their staff to respect the PDPA, ESPECIALLY FOR A GODDAMN BANK. NO DECENCY AT ALL TO SETTLE THEIR MISTAKE.

Very bad. Only 2-3 customers, but took more than an hour to get business done.
I am not sure either system slow, staff is slow or lack of staff, but definitely wasting a lot of time here. Got underground hourly car park here, easy to park. But not going to be here anymore

Went to the place and it can’t be cash deposit, only able to transfer by card internally. Very disappointed with the service. Purposely come from subang usj to here just to cash deposit and now can’t do anything

Fast service & pleasant treatment from the staff. I had to go there as Puchong branch already closed & merged with Shah Alam branch. Sadly that 1 by 1 branch had to be closed & it kinda far for me to come here.

I would not recommend their financial services. Not allowed to make repayment. 1 day overdue also blackmail customer with legal action. Never giving any solution to customer even customer have given valid reason to make repayment. Never heard your customer voice. This is not islamic financial

I withdrawed money there but two off the atm had problems. The money was deducted from my account but I didn’t received any money. Now I have to deal with the customer service and go to the bank again. Fortunately, i will stay here for a langer period. Otherwise it would be quite complicated

Last time I went there to open an account. Not many people there. It was only 3 people waiting including me. But it took 30 mins (or more). Then, after that, the one who attend me told me to register online. I WAS there fr. But its okay. Since my office is nearby. (Until now i didnt do it cuz the apps dont have good guidelines). Today I went there again to change money. No money at 3.30pm for only rm100 ringgit, only. Im not sure if all banks like this, but you are a *bank*, and its already post raya. 27 May already. Please upgrade. Thanks.
