There is a queue number machine, but the Indian lady security guard sitting in front of the counter (beside the machine) does not allow any customer to press the queue number, always asking the customer to sit down and she will give the number later. I really can't read their minds, what is the purpose of the machine placed in the branch? The first round happened to me a few months ago, where I experienced numbers being given not in order. Someone cames later than me, but can get a number before my turn, is this fair to me? Today I faced another problem. As usual, the lady guard told me to sit first and she will give me the number later. Then I sat and waited for her to give me the queue number, but the number given by her was very unpleasant, she showed her angry face to me for no reason. Please note that she doesn't allow customers to press any queue numbers from the machine, then why acting like I owe her millions. Very bad service. Hope this can improve before I get angry for next visit. Really cannot patient if she still maintain the same attitude.

Went there 3 times at 3 different days just to open an account, the indian lady guard blocking me from taking queue number, saying that the staff incharge in on leave, whole branch depending on one single staff to open account, yet still missing for most of the time

It is not how it uses to be, not sure why counter always got 1 worker and there is number giving machine, but number is not given. Told to sit until they call us. Bad service ! Not recommended.

Nobody can pick up the call? You need to start improve your standard otherwise no point if you just focus on indoor customers. Please change better photo as well. untidy Atm machine surrounding just not good for your brand

Went there to settle some loan but the staff at counter had a face like we are criminals. Yes, its Covid time but tht doesn't mean yr customers are criminals!!!!She just shouted to her customer service tht we wanted o settle loan so how. There was a customer alredi in the bank. I mean where is the courtesy to protect our privacyThey just shouted abt our request from one to one end. Terrible customer service here.

This is for Ambank in general, one staff from HQ told me to go to this branch for signature. Arrived here, officers told no instructions yet from Hq. Called back Hq, after 15 min being told that Hq not yet instruct. waste people time and money
